I absolutely loved the charming rustic decor of the chalet, especially the cozy fireplace and wooden furnishings. The hosts' large garden was a lovely place to relax, and it felt very private and peaceful. As a senior woman, I also appreciated the accessibility of the chalet, with everything conveniently located on one floor and no stairs to climb. It made moving around much easier for me.
If I could ask for one thing to make the vacation even better for senior people like myself, it would be to have handrails installed in the bathroom. This would provide some extra support and stability, especially when getting in and out of the shower.

We had such a pleasant stay at Chalet Proche Orleans Centre. The hosts were incredibly helpful and provided accurate directions for check-in. The garden was a beautiful addition, especially for our furry friends. The communication with the hosts was top-notch, even though I couldn't respond due to lack of phone connection. The shower facilities were fantastic and exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend this chalet for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
The only minor drawbacks were the small bathroom, which might not be suitable for everyone, and the limited availability of WiFi on one side of the chalet. Additionally, being in a residential area, we weren't aware of any restaurants within walking distance.

The staff was so helpful that they could even read my mind. Free WiFi? Well, if sitting next to the reception desk with my laptop counts, then yes, it was available. The free private parking was quite the adventure, playing hide and seek with the spots.
Who needs a properly working key anyway? Locking the place is so overrated.

During my stay in this charming property with a garden, I had a hilarious encounter with the reception staff. They were incredibly accommodating and had a wonderful sense of humor. It felt like I was chatting with a witty stand-up comedian rather than a hotel receptionist. Their jokes and banter made the check-in process a truly enjoyable experience.
Lighting in the garden could be improved.

I absolutely adored the charming decor of the chalet's interior. It reminded me of a cozy cabin in the woods, with its rustic furnishings and lovely touches. The general areas of the chalet, such as the garden and the kitchen, were very well maintained and accessible for senior people like myself. It was delightful to relax in the garden and enjoy the tranquility it offered.
The only thing I would have asked for to make our vacation even better for senior people is a little more assistance from the children working there. A little extra support in terms of offering information on nearby restaurants or providing better lighting in the garden would have been appreciated.

The hotel had a lovely and charming atmosphere, with a cozy and inviting decoration. The common areas were well-maintained and had a warm ambiance, which made it a comfortable place for senior people like me to relax and enjoy. The hotel's accessibility was also excellent, with easy access to the main entrance and within close proximity to amenities. It was a pleasure to navigate around the property.
I would have appreciated better assistance from the staff. While the children working there were polite, I would have preferred more attentive and helpful service to ensure a better vacation experience for senior people like myself.

The enclosed garden was a great feature, especially for our furry companions. It was safe and secure, allowing our small dog to run around freely. the beds were surprisingly comfortable, providing a good night's sleep after a long day.
The bathroom was a bit cramped, which might not be ideal for those who prefer more space. there was some noise in the morning from neighbors trimming trees outside the window, but this was beyond the host's control.
